Since 2021, our company has carried out digital transformation and upgrading, introducing advanced MES systems to automatically collect data on feeding, electricity consumption, chemical composition, and other aspects of the production process. There are over 60 CNC machine tools in the machining workshop. The laminated sand workshop is equipped with 12 fully automatic three signal core shooting machines. The foundry workshop has four 3-ton medium frequency electric furnaces, one fully automatic vertical molding line, one automatic fan-shaped pouring machine, one resin sand molding production line, and one 80 ton sand processing equipment. The company's laboratory is equipped with one NSP510 furnace front analyzer, one XJP-6A metallographic microscope, one spectrometer, Brinell and Rockwell hardness testers, metallographic grinding machine and sand system testing equipment, and three full-time metallographic personnel are trained. According to the requirements of ISO9001 quality management, control points for the melting process and quality control regulations for molding sand have been established, providing certain control capabilities for ensuring the quality of casting materials.
