Air Compressor

Air compressors play the following roles in the rice milling industry: providing clean power - supplying power to pneumatic valves and pneumatic conveyor belts in the rice milling equipment. By driving these components with compressed air, the transportation and flow direction of materials such as rice and brown rice can be precisely controlled, ensuring the smoothness and automation of the rice milling process. Cleaning and conveying grains - using compressed air for pneumatic conveying of grains, transporting rice from the warehouse to the rice milling machine, or conveying milled rice to the packaging workshop. Compared with mechanical conveying methods, pneumatic conveying can reduce grain breakage and contamination, and can flexibly arrange conveying pipelines to adapt to different workshop layouts. - Compressed air can also be used to clean impurities in grains. Through a wind selection device, compressed air is blown out to form an airflow, separating lighter impurities such as dust and rice husks from the grains, improving the purity of the grains. Equipment cleaning and maintenance - Regularly using compressed air to clean the rice milling equipment can blow away dust, chaff, and other debris on the surface and inside of the equipment, preventing their accumulation from affecting the normal operation and milling quality of the equipment.
